We try to do our best to ensure that all books are of highest quality. In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money in full. Simply contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to let us know why you are not satisfied and you can post the book back to P.O. BOX 690 ROSE BAY 2029 and we will refund your money.
We will refund your money back to the credit card used to make the original purchase once we received the goods in a satisfactory condition. This will usually happen within 72 hours, but in some cases may take an additional 2 or more business days to show on your account. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
